Wedding Planner
A reputable event planning company in Medina is seeking an experienced Wedding Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings for our clients. We are looking for someone with a passion for creating memorable experiences and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors such as caterers, florists, and photographers
- Create detailed timelines and budgets for each wedding
- Manage all aspects of the wedding day including setup, coordination, and troubleshooting
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and recommendations throughout the planning process
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of current wedding trends and industry best practices
- Experience negotiating contracts with vendors
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with potential bonuses based on performance.
Location:
This position is based in Medina, with opportunities for travel within the city for client meetings and events.
