Merchandiser - Retail City: Sharjah, UAE



We are looking for a dynamic and driven Merchandiser to join our retail team in Sharjah. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective display and promotion of products in our store.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Create visually appealing displays and product presentations
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are restocked in a timely manner
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with marketing team to plan promotional activities
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards
- Train and supervise staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Analyze sales data to determine the effectiveness of merchandising strategies

Requirements:
- Indian or Malayalee nationality preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
