Hotel Sales Manager (Indians Preferred)


We are currently hiring a skilled Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and be able to effectively market our hotel to potential clients. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in hotel sales is preferred but not required. As our Hotel Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.
- Identifying potential business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborating with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Conducting negotiations with potential clients and finalizing contracts.
- Monitoring competitor activity in order to stay ahead of market trends.
- Preparing reports on sales performance and presenting them to upper management.
- Attending trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the hotel.

Requirements:

- Indian nationality preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage).

Salary: 1500$ per month
