We are in need of a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a busy hotel in Al-Rayyan. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Your duties will include answering phone calls, booking reservations, checking guests in and out, and handling any guest inquiries or complaints. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are crucial for this role. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required. This position is open to Indian and Malayalee candidates with a salary of 1200$.
