Job Title: Supply Manager

Our company, based in Jeddah, is seeking a qualified and experienced Supply Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing supply operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance
- Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms
- Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions when necessary
- Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve supply chain processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between supply, demand, production, and logistics
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong partnerships with suppliers
- Proven experience in inventory management and demand planning
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel or SAP
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
