Job Title: UX Designer


We are hiring a talented UX Designer to join our team in Medina. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating intuitive and user-friendly digital products that meet the needs and expectations of our target audience. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in design tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and the option for remote work. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including developers, product managers, and marketers) to ensure design feasibility and consistency
- Gather feedback from users and iterate on designs accordingly
- Communicate design ideas and solutions effectively to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your previous work in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail
- Fluent English language skills

Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Medina (remote work options available)
