Farmer - Agricultural Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Farmer - Agricultural Specialist to join our farm in Abu Dhabi. As a Farmer, you will be responsible for the daily management of our farm, including planting, harvesting, and caring for crops. You will also be responsible for maintaining and repairing farming equipment, managing soil health, and implementing sustainable farming practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Farmer or Agricultural Specialist
- Extensive knowledge of various crops and their growing cycles
- Familiarity with modern farming techniques and equipment
- Ability to work long hours and in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage crop planting schedules
- Monitor crop growth and make adjustments as needed
- Implement pest control measures to protect crops
- Maintain soil health through proper fertilization and irrigation techniques
- Operate farming equipment such as tractors, plows, and harvesters
- Repair any damages to farming equipment as needed
- Keep accurate records of crop yields, expenses, and profits
- Collaborate with other farmers on the best practices for sustainable agriculture

Salary:
Starting salary of $1000 per month with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Abu Dhabi but is open to all nationalities. Accommodation is not provided.
