A well-established retail store in Medina is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. We are looking for individuals who are fluent in English, have previous retail experience, and are eager to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on products, promotions, and sales
- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized and visually appealing displays
- Restock merchandise as needed
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
