Office Assistant - Abu Dhabi, UAE
Our company is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
- Maintain and update office filing systems
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Order office supplies when needed
- Help with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Perform general administrative duties such as typing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Keep track of office inventory and report any shortages or damages
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality. Fluency in English is required.
