Material Handler Supervisor


As a Material Handler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the material handling team in Jeddah. This includes managing and coordinating the movement, storage, and delivery of materials to ensure timely and efficient operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of material handlers to ensure smooth operations
- Plan and coordinate daily tasks for material handling activities
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
- Conduct regular physical counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Train new employees on proper material handling procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during material handling processes
- Communicate effectively with other departments to meet production needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide performance evaluations and feedback to team members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Material Handler or in a similar position
- Proven experience in supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety regulations
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
- Must have own visa to work in Jeddah

Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
