Merchandiser for Retail Store in Dubai (Egyptian Nationals only)


A reputable retail store in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As an Egyptian national, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store by managing product displays and inventory, as well as maintaining relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and attract customers
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products and adhere to brand standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotions and special offers
- Train and supervise store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Ensure all products are properly labeled with accurate pricing information
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns related to merchandise

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality (as per company preference)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
