Hotel Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Your duties will include managing staff, controlling budgets, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 900$ per month.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior experience in increasing revenue through effective strategies is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
