Hotel Manager (African/Nigerian Preferred)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan. As an African or Nigerian national, you will bring a unique perspective and understanding of the culture and values of our target market. With your exceptional leadership skills, you will manage and motivate our diverse team to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and efficiently
- Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel revenue, occupancy rates, and guest loyalty
- Create budgets and financial plans for the hotel, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to maintain a high level of service excellence
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and attract new business opportunities
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality products at competitive prices
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management with proven track record of success
- Excellent communication skills in English required; additional languages an advantage
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing multicultural teams
- Proven ability to develop effective strategies for increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial planning techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

We offer a competitive salary package of 1500$ per month plus visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
