This position requires someone who is physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the loader efficiently and safely according to company procedures
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or into storage bins
- Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or damage
- Ensure proper placement of materials for maximum efficiency
- Conduct routine maintenance on the loader as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and injuries
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks effectively

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating a loader
- Experience working in a similar role within the construction or mining industry
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license
