Art Director

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual direction and design of our company's projects. You will work closely with our creative team to develop concepts and execute designs that align with our brand image and messaging. Your duties will include managing the production process, reviewing and providing feedback on design work, and collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and experience in managing a team. You must also possess excellent communication skills to effectively relay ideas and provide constructive criticism to your team members. Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite is expected. This is a full-time position based in Medina, but part-time opportunities may be available for exceptional candidates.
