Call Center Representative
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls in a timely and professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency. This position requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer calls and responding to their inquiries and concerns
- Making outgoing calls to follow up with customers or provide requested information
- Maintaining a positive attitude while providing exceptional customer service
- Accurately documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues or escalate them when necessary
- Meeting or exceeding performance targets set by management
- Staying up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Prior experience working in a call center or customer service role is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed
