Bank Teller - Arabic Speaking (Contract)



We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Bank Teller to join our team in Medina. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, and promoting bank products and services to our customers. This is a contract position suitable for Egyptian nationals who do not require English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with their banking needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions accurately
- Verify customer identity and account information before processing transactions
- Educate customers on bank products and services to meet their financial needs
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:
- Egyptian national with authorization to work in Medina
- Proven work experience as a Bank Teller or similar role in a banking environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for flexible working hours including weekends
