Graduate Concierge for Indian Nationals in Al-Rayyan


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Concierge to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs and requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle reservations, room upgrades, special requests, and other guest inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of guests' preferences and ensure all information is up-to-date
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Assist with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and any other guest needs
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure the security of guests' belongings

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is required
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guests' needs
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once

Salary:
This is a contract job with a monthly salary of 1100$. Visa sponsorship will be provided.
