Sales Associate - Retail (Indian Nationals Only)


We are a leading retail company in Al-Rayyan and we are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and dynamic environment and showcase your expertise in English-speaking sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products based on their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store

Requirements:
- Indian Nationality (with valid visa sponsorship)
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
