Housekeeping Manager for a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff
- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness
- Develop and implement procedures for efficient and effective housekeeping operations
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
- Monitor budget and expenses related to housekeeping department
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure quality control
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain health and safety standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in housekeeping management at a luxury hotel or resort
- Strong understanding of housekeeping principles and practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
- Proven track record in maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset

Salary: 1600$ per month
