IT Manager for Indian Nationals in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager who is fluent in Hindi and has a biometric passport to work in our company's office in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. They will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of all systems, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of all systems
- Manage the company's network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation to improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Create reports on system usage and performance for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in Hindi with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with biometric passports preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and data protection laws
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
USD 1400 per month (tax-free)
