Office Assistant
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, and will be able to work independently with little supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Manage calendars and arrange travel itineraries for executives
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
