Administrative Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to the team. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for compiling and organizing data, creating reports and presentations, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
