Restaurant Manager for African Cuisine in Abu Dhabi


Our restaurant in Abu Dhabi is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our African cuisine establishment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including daily operations, staff management, customer service, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring high quality of food and service
- Create and implement strategies to attract and retain customers while maintaining profitability
- Hire, train, and manage staff members to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations
- Schedule shifts for employees and delegate tasks accordingly
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Monitor financial performance by tracking expenses, sales data, and budget adherence
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients at competitive prices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving business growth
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees to deliver exceptional service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Contract job: Minimum 1-year contract with possibility of renewal
Experience: No experience required but previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
