Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine) in Abu-Dhabi
As the Restaurant Manager for our Indian cuisine restaurant in Abu-Dhabi, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff members to ensure quality service is provided at all times
- Monitor food and beverage inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and maintain cost controls
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment to meet health and safety standards
- Implement marketing strategies to attract more customers and increase sales
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and find appropriate resolutions
- Review financial reports and make recommendations for budget adjustments to meet financial goals
- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items or specials
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, policies, or changes in procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Proven track record of meeting financial goals through effective cost control measures
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and remain calm under pressure
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Note: This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Abu-Dhabi.
