Barista (Indian) in Abu Dhabi


We are a busy cafe in Abu Dhabi looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. As an Indian Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to customer's preferences
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all beverages served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista
- Excellent knowledge of coffee types, preparation methods, and latte art
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Must be fluent in English
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month. The employee will be responsible for finding their own accommodation but we can assist with recommendations. The company will provide a free visa and ticket to Abu Dhabi.
