Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes for a high-end restaurant located in Abu Dhabi. Must have a deep understanding of Indian cuisine and be able to create unique and flavorful dishes. Must have experience in a professional kitchen setting and be able to work efficiently under pressure. Responsible for maintaining food quality, portion control, and kitchen cleanliness. Must be able to work well with a team and collaborate with other chefs to create new menu items. Salary starts at $1700 per month with potential for growth based on performance. Indian nationality preferred but not required.
