Handyman for Maintenance and Repairs in Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and properties. Your duties will include fixing minor electrical and plumbing issues, repairing appliances, painting, and completing other general repairs as needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systems
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Flexibility to work on-call or outside of regular business hours if needed

Responsibilities:
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and appliances for necessary repairs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, changing air filters, etc.
- Repair minor electrical and plumbing issues
- Fix or replace appliances as needed
- Paint walls, ceilings, doors, etc.
- Complete general repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing broken windows, etc.
- Keep inventory of materials and tools
- Communicate with tenants or clients regarding maintenance requests
- Follow safety procedures at all times

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with free visa sponsorship and travel ticket. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
