Restaurant Manager - Abu Dhabi, UAE


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our busy restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with excellent leadership and communication skills. This position is open to candidates of any nationality, but proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staffing, budgeting, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall performance
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure smooth operations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food orders and maintain high levels of food safety standards
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner, striving to find solutions that meet their needs
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback for improvement as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English is required
- Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an asset
- Must be able to obtain a biometric passport for travel purposes
- Indian or Pakistani nationality preferred
