Barista - English Speaking (Malayalee) in Dubai

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Dubai. As a Malayalee, you will have a strong understanding of the culture and preferences of our customers. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and other specialty drinks. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as a barista preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing methods
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Maintaining cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Assisting in restocking supplies as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner
- Educating customers on our menu offerings and answering any questions they may have
