Indian Pastry Chef in Dubai

We are looking for a skilled Indian Pastry Chef to join our team in Dubai. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts and pastries that will delight our customers. Your main duties will include preparing and baking various types of desserts, following recipes and presentation standards, and managing inventory and ordering supplies.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting. A degree in Culinary Arts or relevant certification is also required. You must have excellent knowledge of different pastry techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles, as well as strong attention to detail.

As an Indian Pastry Chef, you should also have a good understanding of traditional Indian desserts and be able to incorporate these flavors into your creations. Fluency in English is necessary to communicate with the team and customers. You must also be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by developing new dessert recipes that complement our menu offerings. You will also work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of desserts for service. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized pastry station.
