Land Surveyor for Dubai Construction Company

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our construction team in Dubai. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys on various construction sites to ensure accurate measurements and placement of structures. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide data for design and construction purposes. This is an English-speaking position, open to Pakistani and Malayalee candidates with previous surveying experience. The salary for this position is $1100 per month without accommodation, but with visa sponsorship provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Collect data on land features, elevations, boundaries, and other relevant information
- Use survey data to create maps, reports, drawings, and other documentation for construction projects
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure accurate placement of structures on the site
- Monitor progress of construction projects and adjust survey plans as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure equipment is properly maintained

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
