Administrative Manager
A well-established company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing administrative staff, and ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Administrative Manager
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure their tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures for smooth functioning of the workplace
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed
- Manage employee records and files
- Liaise with other departments within the company to coordinate activities
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the office
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements
