Industrial Engineer - Entry Level


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing efficient processes and systems in order to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to analyze current production processes
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency
- Design layouts for production lines and workstations
- Determine equipment needs and assist with the procurement process
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure product standards are met
- Analyze data and create reports on production performance
- Train employees on new processes or equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve problems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using CAD software for layout design
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Salary: 1500$ per month

This position is open to Egyptian nationals who are fresh graduates looking for an entry level role. Fluency in English is not required, but basic communication skills are preferred. A valid biometric passport is necessary for employment.
