Seasonal Concierge (Pakistani Nationality)

As a seasonal concierge in Al-Rayyan, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during their stay. You will assist with check-in and check-out processes, make reservations for local activities and restaurants, and provide recommendations for attractions in the area. Additionally, you will handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. This is a temporary position with no accommodation provided. Fluency in English is not required but would be an advantage. Salary is 1000$ per month.
