Head Chef - Pakistani Cuisine

As the Head Chef of our Pakistani fine dining restaurant in Sharjah, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations. You must have a passion for Pakistani cuisine and be able to create innovative dishes while maintaining traditional flavors. Your duties will include creating menus, managing inventory and food costs, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food production. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Head Chef in a fine dining restaurant and strong knowledge of Pakistani cooking techniques and ingredients. This full-time position offers a salary of 1400$ per month, without accommodation. Part-time options are also available for experienced candidates looking for flexible schedules. Pakistani nationals are preferred, but all applicants with relevant experience will be considered.
