Chef de Cuisine

As a Chef de Cuisine at our high-end restaurant in Sharjah, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and creating innovative and delicious dishes that meet our customers' expectations. Your main duties will include planning menus, managing inventory and food costs, training and supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. You must have a strong background in Malayalee cuisine and be able to create unique flavor combinations while staying true to traditional recipes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a fine dining establishment, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
