Waiter/Waitress - Seasonal (Pakistani/African candidates preferred) in Sharjah, UAE


We are a popular restaurant in Sharjah seeking experienced and enthusiastic Waiters/Waitresses for our busy seasonal period. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. We are specifically looking for Pakistani or African candidates who are fluent in English and have previous experience working as a waiter/waitress.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by regularly checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints with patience and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing for service
- Handle payments from customers using cash or credit card transactions
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide top-notch customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs if necessary
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
