Administrator
We are currently seeking a versatile and organized Administrator to join our team in Sharjah. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Manage and maintain office databases and records
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
