Senior Florist

We are a high-end florist shop located in Sharjah, specializing in creating stunning floral arrangements for weddings, events, and special occasions. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Florist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for weddings, events, and special occasions
- Managing floral inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Training and supervising junior florists
- Maintaining the overall appearance of the shop, including arranging displays and keeping work areas clean and organized
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Keeping up-to-date with current floral trends and techniques
- Assisting with marketing initiatives to promote the shop's services

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional florist
- Excellent design skills with a strong eye for color, texture, and composition
- Proficiency in various floral design techniques such as hand-tied bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, etc.
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care instructions
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life
- Experience managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Prior experience training or supervising junior florists is preferred
- Must have a valid visa allowing them to work in Sharjah

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
