Construction Manager

We are hiring a Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, a strong understanding of project management principles, and the ability to lead a team. Responsibilities include creating and managing project budgets, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing progress reports to upper management. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure. Preference will be given to Malayalee candidates with own visa and prior experience in construction management. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$.
