Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Ajman. We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual who can effectively lead and coordinate all aspects of construction, from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and contracts
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress of construction projects and implement necessary changes to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage and supervise construction teams on site
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process
- Prepare reports on project progress for upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent project management skills
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Experience working with budgets and schedules
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
