Sales Manager for Indian market in Ajman
We are a well-established company in the retail industry, seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all sales activities and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the Indian market and increase sales
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Indian market
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Develop pricing strategies to remain competitive in the Indian market
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the retail industry, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a motivational management style
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1400$ per month.

This position is based in Ajman, UAE.
