We are a busy Indian restaurant located in the vibrant city of Ajman and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter to join our team for the upcoming seasonal period. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to established standards
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables
- Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure prompt service and quality of food
- Upsell menu items and promote restaurant specials
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
