Experienced Barber for Contract Position in Ajman, UAE (Indian/Malayalee Candidates Preferred)


A well-established barber shop in Ajman is seeking an experienced and skilled Barber to join our team on a contract basis. This position is ideal for Indian or Malayalee candidates who have previous experience working as a Barber and hold their own visa.

As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our diverse clientele. You must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide them with excellent customer service
- Consult with clients to determine their desired hairstyle and provide recommendations based on their hair type and face shape
- Perform various hair cutting, styling, and grooming services including but not limited to: haircuts, beard trims, facials, scalp treatments, etc.
- Keep the work area clean and sanitized at all times
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in men's hairstyles and grooming techniques
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Barber
- Must have own visa (sponsorship provided)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of different hair types and face shapes
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam/Hindi is a plus)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
