Loader Supervisor

We are a logistics company located in Ajman, seeking a Loader Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Our ideal candidate will be Pakistani, with experience in loading and unloading goods and supervising a team of loaders.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods onto trucks or containers
- Ensure that all items are properly secured and stacked for transport
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Train and supervise a team of loaders, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Maintain accurate records of loaded items and report any discrepancies
- Communicate with drivers to ensure smooth loading process
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance needs or malfunctions
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred (open to other nationalities)
- Previous experience as a loader or loader supervisor in a logistics or warehouse setting
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items on a regular basis
- Knowledge of safety protocols for loading and unloading goods
- Basic English language skills (spoken)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
