We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations and ensuring that customers have an exceptional dining experience. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of $1000 and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and control costs
- Train and supervise staff members, including servers, cooks, and other support staff
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam or Urdu is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Basic math skills for managing inventory and finances
