Administrative Director - Medina, Egypt
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Director to oversee the daily operations of our company in Medina, Egypt. As the administrative director, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and office assistants
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses and budgets
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences
- Handle any administrative issues or emergencies that may arise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software programs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws is preferred
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
Location:
This role is based in Medina, Egypt. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are legally able to work in Egypt.
Accommodation:

Passport Requirements:
Applicants must hold a valid biometric passport.
Additional Information:
This position is open to students who are able to work full-time during their summer break. Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
