Inventory Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia



We are currently seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee our company's inventory and supply chain operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and logistics, with a proven track record of effectively managing inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of supply chain.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
- Manage the movement of goods within the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on proper inventory management procedures.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in inventory control processes.
- Communicate with other departments to understand inventory needs and plan accordingly.
- Develop relationships with vendors and negotiate prices for materials.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on findings.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
