Digital Designer


We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Digital Designer to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs for various digital platforms such as websites, social media, and digital advertising.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
- Create original designs that align with brand guidelines and meet project goals
- Design website layouts, social media graphics, digital ads, and other digital assets
- Utilize industry-standard design software to create high-quality designs
- Conduct research on current design trends and techniques to stay updated in the field
- Communicate design ideas effectively to team members and stakeholders
- Incorporate feedback from team members into final designs
- Ensure all designs are optimized for different devices and screen sizes
- Work within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for web design
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members from different backgrounds
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work under pressure

Salary:
1100$ per month (tax-free)
